Pastor Chuck is the lead pastor of Upper Room Fellowship in Columbiana, Ohio. He and his wife, Lynn came to the Upper Room in 1979 and Chuck became lead pastor in 2002. He and Lynn married in 1970 and have five children and 12 grandchildren. Chuck has earned a BA & Masters of Arts in ministry and a Doctorate of Ministry.

Since the early 1990’s Chuck has been involved with HPIM, training leaders around the world. He has ministered, trained, equipped, and encouraged leaders in seminar and conference settings. Chuck’s passion is mentoring and disciplining leaders, as well as networking and building relationships with ministries in the Kingdom of God.

Chuck is a John Maxwell Certified Trainer and a La Red Field Rep Trainer

Dr. Dwight Bennett

Dwight is a leader with a passionate heart toward the things of God. He began his relationship with HPIM by joining a teaching team for Leadership Seminars in Cuba, in 1999.

Dwight and Tammy are the Senior Pastors of the ROC Church where their journey began as youth pastors 25 years ago. In 1990, Dwight felt strongly called to leave a job at a large corporation and devote his life to full-time ministry. They have a passion to see people touched by the power of God in a way that transforms and changes their lives. It’s their desire to love God by loving people.

Dwight’s ministry has a powerful prophetic anointing and passionate spirit-filled preaching that opens the door for the supernatural things of God to come to life. Tammy has a great love for marriages and the family; she has a desire to see families walk in their full destiny.

The church has a strong emphasis in world missions. Most of Dwight’s time and energy are spent pastoring the body at The ROC Church. Dwight also travels to many nations around the world with Harvest Preparation International Ministries (HPIM) speaking at leadership conferences to pastors and church leaders. He also leads short-term missions teams from the ROC and through these trips, thousands have come to Christ! They have been married for 35 years and have 3 married daughters and 3 fantastic sons-in-law, as well as 7 grandchildren.

Dr. Stephen Schlabach

Pastors Stephen and Jennifer Schlabach founded Shining Light Church in 1994. They have a passion for Sarasota and to see people’s lives changed by the power of God’s word. They have been so personally impacted that they say, “this is just too good, not to be shared!”

Pastor Stephen is a dynamic teacher of the word of God, teaching freedom from the works of the law into the glorious liberty of grace and truth.

He attended Rosedale Bible College for 2 years, graduated from Rhema Bible College in 1992 and received his Doctor Of Ministry from School of Bible Theology Seminary & University in 2012.

Pastor Stephen has traveled extensively teaching leaders around the world. He has been a senior pastor for over 20 years, his passion remains for the local church and seeing people lives changed by the power of the Holy Spirit and God’s free gift of grace.

Pastor Stephen and Jennifer are the parents of 2 beautiful children Ross and Julianna. The family enjoys living in the country on a small ranch with their dog Layla (a German Shepherd) , 2 horses, a cat, some goats and other critters that may happen by.

Rev. Oscar Nuncio

Oscar joined his heart to the vision and ministry of HPIM in 1991 when he began to serve as Don’s interpreter in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico. He became the HPIM Events Coordinator in 1999, acting as Vanguard and organizer for all ministry trips and events. He currently is also serving as Home Office Manager. Oscar is married to Marcy and they have two children and three grand children. He is also and author and a conference speaker.
